The “On-Ramp” is not just another access to the highway, we are talking about the CrossFit On-Ramp.

What is an On-Ramp? Well, if you are interested in starting CrossFit but nipping in your “size too small holiday” pants with extra holiday cake, you are probably ready for an On-Ramp.

The On-Ramp is your very first introduction to CrossFit and for some a recap of the basics. If you complete a CrossFit On-Ramp, you are sadly not a CrossFitter yet, but you are a person who has a better understanding of how it works, what it feels like and where you need to start working.

Who should attend an “On-Ramp”?

If you have never done CrossFit before, this course is for you. If you did two classes before with a friend, this is also for you. If you haven’t done CrossFit for two years but have played competitive scrabble, also for you.

The “On-Ramp” is a coach’s first introduction to you and your ability, you might think you are Rich Froning but its important that we figure that out as well so we know how to coach you. No two people are the same and we like to approach each of our clients as an individual.

2016 is going to be the year of the athlete and that’s what you have been telling yourself for the last two years, its time to step up to the starting line and Join our next On-Ramp in January.

The new year always brings new ideas but often we find the same result. It takes a single step to start your fitness journey and at CrossFit Ex Animo we would like to make sure you get off to the best start. CrossFit is for everyone, its just the discipline that changes somewhat.
