How to Set Up your Skipping Rope : CrossFit Open Tip

So you want to do double unders and move away from Double F#%! dammits.

double undersTiming is key and in order to get timing, you need to spend some time with your rope. Before you do that, here is a quick tutorial video on how to set up your rope in order to get the best time with it.

Beginners : When standing on the rope with one foot, the handles should be under your arm pits.

Advanced :  You can shorten the rope to your nipple line or mid chest around your sternum.
