COVID-19 is no joke, but neither is your fitness, so… Here’s our challenge to you!

What’s the one CrossFit movement you want to get better at? Is it the pistol squat? Is it a handstand push-up? Still need to ace those double unders?

We’re challenging YOU to work on your “goat” or “goats” during the #SALockdown2020 in an effort to curb the Coronavirus outbreak

All we want from you is a before video – IE a video on day 1 and then a video on day 21 (or any day in-between) showing your improvement.

Don’t forget to use the hashtag #EALockdownChallenge when posting on social media.
