We're open 7 days a week

* Olympic weightlifting with Matt Keating takes places on Tuesdays at 05:15, Thursdays at 17:30 and Saturdays at 07:00.

** Open gym Sunday 08:00 – 10:00 –  This is an opportunity to design your own workout, spend time on your weaknesses and work at a more flexible pace.  A WOD will be on the board and a coach is present just to supervise.

*** There is an endurance WOD on the first Sunday of every month

Beginner CrossFit: These classes are for people wanting to try out CrossFit for the first time as well as those who have just started. If you are just starting, you first class is free. If you are in your first few months of CrossFit you can attend this class as well as others on the schedule.

CrossFit Basics: For those in their first 3 months of their CrossFit journey, we recommend coming to our CrossFit basics classes. They are small classes of maximum 5 people to ensure members get the attention they need and that their CrossFit path is started safely and they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they’ll need to achieve their goals.

CrossFit: Classes are one hour long and involve a combination of metabolic conditioning (cardio), weight lifting and gymnastics. They are very structured but the exercises vary every day. These classes are limited to 20 people per class.

Advanced Class: This is competition readiness class. Designed to push athletes a little further than they would ordinarily go. These sessions are programmed separately from other classes and not coached but rather facilitated.  These classes are an opportunity to train with the coaches. Suitable for anyone who is able to Rx (use the prescribed weight) most WODs.

Yoga: This is a blissful hour of flow yoga, designed to improve your flexibility, core strength, body awareness and state of mind. It’s a great compliment to your CrossFit training, keeping the muscles stretched out and healthy.

Olympic Weightlifting: This class is an hour long and focuses on improving your weightlifting technique. Lifting is very technical but hugely rewarding when you get it right. This class is highly recommended for all levels of clients, and is a great way for beginner and intermediate clients to come to grips with lifting which will assist in their CrossFit classes. Maximum of 8 people per class.
