We run a 45-day ‘reset the system’ and nutrition program starting at the beginning of each month. The results are enormous in a short space of time.

We launch a new group at the beginning of each month. It starts with a talk about the program and what it takes.

This is not reserved for members and you don’t have to do CrossFit to do the 45-day program. If you are not a member of the gym, you have the option of attending our beginner class every Thursday at 18h30 (ladies may attend our ladies only class Wednesday at 08h30), for the duration of the program. This is recommended and included in the cost.
