One of our most popular classes that often has a long waiting list, these classes are 1 hour long and focus on improving and perfecting your weightlifting technique. Lifting weights will inevitably be part of many CrossFit classes and we highly recommend this class for all levels of athletes as it’s the perfect way for beginner and intermediate CrossFitters to come to grips with and refine their weightlifting skills, assisting with performance in CrossFit classes. Just a few weeks in these highly technical sessions will be hugely rewarding. Limit of 8 people per class.
