Conveniently located in Craighall Park, just outside Sandton, CrossFit Ex Animo is not only superbly situated but it’s one of the most well equipped CrossFit gyms in Johannesburg. With ample weight plates  and olympic lifting bars as well as machinery like Concept2 rowers and Ski Ergs CrossFit Ex Animo makes use of the modest space so well that we can program a variety of workouts to keep things interesting and make sure your fitness and strength are constantly improving. If you’re interested in early morning CrossFit classes and need to head straight to work after, our facility is equipped with showers for your convenience.  We also boast some of the best graffiti wall art commissioned by professional artists.  Come and experience it for yourself but if you like watch this video to take a look at the space we’re so proud to call ours.
