A background in ballet combined with over 700 hours of yoga training makes Paige’s style of yoga adaptive, fun and intuitive. A powerful yoga practice, moving the body and mind. Her vibrant nature encourages you to explore your mental
and physical boundaries leaving you feeling aware of yourself and falling in love with yoga.
Paige’s yoga classes take place at CrossFit Ex Animo every Monday at 4:30 pm.
